Subscription & Refund Policy

This policy governs subscription plans, billing, cancellation, and refunds for HealoGenic.ai ("HealoGenic," "we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Subscription Plans

HealoGenic.ai offers the following subscription tiers:

The Founding Member plan is a limited-time offer available to early adopters. It provides full Premium features at a permanently reduced rate for as long as the subscription remains active.

2. Auto-Renewal

All paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will be charged the applicable subscription fee using the payment method on file. We will send a reminder email at least 7 days before your renewal date.

By subscribing, you authorize HealoGenic.ai and our payment processor, Stripe, to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal, accessible from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• Your access to paid features continues through the end of your current billing period.
• No further charges will be made after cancellation takes effect.
• Your account reverts to the Free tier at the end of the billing period.
• Data associated with premium features (e.g., encrypted conversation history) may be deleted in accordance with our tier-based retention policies.

4. EU/UK Cooling-Off Period

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from a digital subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason, as provided by the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

However, by accessing premium content or features immediately upon subscribing, you expressly consent to the performance of the digital service beginning before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period. By accessing premium content, you agree to waive your 14-day withdrawal right for this billing period. You acknowledge and accept that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content has been fully provided.

If you have not accessed any premium content or features, you may exercise your withdrawal right by contacting us at support@healogenic.ai within 14 days of your purchase.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to paid features through the end of the current billing period.

5.2 Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscription fees are eligible for a pro-rata refund if requested within 30 days of purchase or renewal. The refund amount will be calculated based on the unused portion of the annual period. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.

5.3 Paid Events

Refunds for paid events are available up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Refund requests made less than 24 hours before the event are not eligible. If HealoGenic cancels an event, all registered attendees will receive a full automatic refund.

5.4 Founding Member Plans

Founding Member subscriptions follow the same refund policy as monthly subscriptions. The reduced rate is preserved only while the subscription remains active; if cancelled and re-subscribed, standard pricing applies.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. The exact timing depends on your payment provider and financial institution. Refunds are issued in the original currency of the transaction.

7. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. For existing subscribers, we will provide at least 30 days' written notice before any price increase takes effect. The new price will apply from your next billing period after the notice period. If you do not agree to the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.

Founding Member pricing is locked for the duration of continuous subscription and is not subject to price increases.
