Thank you for your interest in the HealoGenic wellness newsletter. These terms explain what you're signing up for, how we use your data, and how to unsubscribe.
1. What You're Signing Up For
When you subscribe to the HealoGenic newsletter, you will receive our weekly wellness digest. Each issue typically includes:
- Curated Ayurvedic wellness tips and seasonal guidance
- New content highlights from the platform (articles, remedies, practices)
- Wellness insights and evidence-based health education
- Occasional product recommendations and special offers
2. Frequency
We send the newsletter once per week, typically on Tuesday mornings (Eastern Time). We may occasionally send additional emails for important announcements (e.g., major platform updates or security notices), but we will not send more than two emails per week under normal circumstances.
3. Data Use
When you subscribe to the newsletter, we collect your email address only. Your email address is:
- Stored and processed by Beehiiv, our newsletter delivery platform
- Used solely for delivering the HealoGenic newsletter and related communications
- Not shared with any other third parties for marketing purposes
- Not combined with your HealoGenic account data unless you use the same email address for both (in which case, they remain functionally separate systems)

4. How to Unsubscribe
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by:
- Clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any newsletter email
- Contacting us at newsletter@healogenic.ai
Unsubscribe requests are processed immediately by Beehiiv. You may receive one more email that was already queued before your request was processed.
5. Sponsorship and Advertising
The newsletter may contain sponsored content or advertisements from third-party wellness brands. Sponsored content is always clearly labeled as "Sponsored" or "Advertisement" to distinguish it from editorial content.

The newsletter contains educational wellness content and is subject to the same Health Disclaimer as our website. Newsletter content is not medical advice.
